One Mission

Organics designs, builds, installs and commissions high quality waste-to-energy systems and advanced wastewater treatment systems.

Organics has commissioned over 300 projects globally and has worked on projects ranging from ammonia stripping in Hong Kong to combustion of landfill gas and renewable energy from biogas in Australia.

Organics Group are committed to ensuring the highest quality services to our clients.

Assessment

Every project requires careful consideration before the supply of any equipment. Organics works with consultants and other engineers to ensure that the final design chosen is apt for the task.

The control and management of biogas requires a profound knowledge of all factors that could influence equipment performance. As a minimum, it’s necessary to know the expected design criteria such as flow rate and quality of the biogas.

Organics works as an EPC contractor or can provide the client with a turnkey service of consultancy through to project delivery.

Design of Project Components

Organics understands that every project is different and requires careful consideration, not only of aspects such as flow rate, quality and safety, but also access, ongoing site operations and continuous monitoring.

As important is the post-installation operation and maintenance of the distinct components of the project such as the biogas capture and treatment, collection and storage and environmental monitoring equipment.

The components of the civil engineering must be designed to ensure continued operation throughout the contract term and ensure that equipment not only performs its intended function but is accessible and is safe and secure for onsite workers and contractors.

Options for Finance

The correct finance for a project of this nature is a key component within a comprehensive equipment supply package and Organics is able to offer a range of finance options.

Packages can include simple leasing through to comprehensive financing and options for post-installation operation and maintenance.

If the conditions are right, the possibility of Build, Own, Operate and Transfer can be considered to ensure that there are no obstructions to ensuring that the environment is adequatly protected and financial viability is guaranteed.

Attention to the detail

Once all aspects of the project have been assessed and calculated and a programme and budget approved, construction commences with the selection of equipment suppliers and subcontractors to build the civil engineering works, electrical connections and gas collection and treatment facilities.

Organics provides all aspects of this phase and, as experts in the control and use of biogas, ensure that everything is considered, right down to the last detail. Project management includes the initiation, planning, execution, control, testing and acceptance of a project with the aim of meeting specific criteria and within a specified programme.

The Importance of Maintenance

Critical in the long-term optimisation of any renewable energy project is the ongoing operation and maintenance.

It is important to adapt to particular site conditions and follow adequate operational techniques for a particular situation.

Long-term operation is perhaps the most important task to ensure commercial success of any project and is all about ensuring that regular servicing is completed to schedule.

All our technicians are highly trained in all aspects of operation and maintenance to ensure that any emergency can be handled efficiently and safely.
